MicroRNA (miRNA) Expression Services

Micro RNA-Sequencing enables analysis of small and microRNAs, which often regulate genes at the transcriptional and post-transcriptional levels. MicroRNAs have been shown to regulate a number of biological processes including development, cell differentiation, and apoptosis. 

TaqMan® MicroRNA Arrays and Assays are specifically designed to detect mature miRNA, which is the active form of miRNA, thus eliminating the confusion caused by detection of inactive precursor molecules, and can be readily used with difficult serum and plasma derived samples.

Individual TaqMan® MicroRNA Assays and custom TaqMan® Assays for other small non-coding RNA are available for a variety of species including:

Human, Mouse, Rat, Arabidopsis thaliana, Caenorhabditis elegans, and Drosophila melanogaster
